Well, I ran today, but not as far as I was supposed to. I went out for an hour and ran 5.5 miles, instead of the 10 I was supposed to run. It was warm out, but still slushy and gross, though those shouldn't be used as excuses. I simply didn't feel like running and so feel fairly good that I did what I did. :)
