Zoo

As I mentioned before, I went to the zoo a few weekends back now with my friend Jen. I've finally posted the pictures. The Toronto Metro Zoo is pretty neat, I can only imagine how fun it would be to visit the San Diego Zoo.

These guys here are my favourite animals at the Metro Zoo. RUSs! (Rodents of Unusual Size! - Actually they are called Capybaras)

The zoo actually has two "babies" this year... a giraffe, Aisha, that was born recently at the zoo (they suffer a 1.5m fall upon birth... ouch), and an orphaned polar bear cub named Inukshuk. Too cute.
On... and one other thing that my friend Jen and I were totally fascinated by at the zoo. Naked
Mole Rats. Seriously... talk about cute and bizarre at the same time.
